ALE started a  series of programs in the name of ‘Coffee with ALE’, on Life Skill Coaching on 15 April 2017. Target group of this program are male and female employees from government and private offices, companies, entrepreneurs and members from the NGO’s. Every month one program for 50 to 70 participants are held at Maldives Customs Service Building for a different topic. Main purpose of Coffee with ALE is to create awareness among people who are working in the offices and provide information on different areas and build  quality and responsible staffs in the working environment.
